
Partner, Commercial and Property team
Craig is the Partner leading the Commercial and Property Law practices for Gibson and Gibson. He has more than 30 years experience creating and structuring legal commercial agreements for individuals, businesses, associations and sporting groups across Western Australia.
Craig joined Gibson and Gibson in 1984, and since becoming a Partner in 1985 has extended his expertise from preparing finance agreements for mortgages, property settlements, conveyancing, leases and strata law, to include all areas of sports law, migration law, wills and probate, and succession planning.
As a long-standing member or the Law Society’s Property Committee, Craig has also assisted in lobbying for improvements to current and future property law for the past 20 years.

Craig is also passionate about the sport of rowing. He has made a great contribution to the development of the sport in Western Australia, believing strongly in its power to bring young and old together.
A nationally and internationally accredited umpire, Craig continues to travel across Australia and the world, where he has umpired high profile international competitions including the Sydney and Beijing Olympics.
In 2005 he received the Order of Merit from the Western Australian Sports Federation in recognition of his outstanding services to sport in Western Australia.
